Soccer Development
Started in February 2008
We started with 30 players under the tutelage of amateur coach (Doplhy Monama), then the project grew in leaps and bounds, with under 12, under 15 and under 19 teams, which were later taken over by Harold Mogwane who is the current coach he has undergone a basic coaching clinic with the Vitality Coaching Skills Programme. The Soccer Development Project provides the youth with a means of learning a skill as well having a hobby after school that keeps them off the streets. We organize weekend games against academies in the area to keep them fit and for them to practice their skills against other opposition teams. We plan to have matches and take part in tournaments at the other Cities and Provinces around South Africa, as well as introducing Women's Soccer Development to encourage women to be part of Soccer more.

Testimonials
What They’re Saying About Us
This Organization changed my life. When I joined I was a young girl who just completed Matric. I didn't really know myself, didn't have a vision and direction; what's worse was I was even pregnant at the time. But after joining I realized how much I love helping people and making the world a better place and at Trendsetters they gave me the opportunity to do what I love and I saw myself becoming a better person. Today I know who I am and have achieved a lot and still want to do more!
Mahlatse Molepo
Thanks to Trendsetters I have realized my love for teaching and actually how good I am at it. I want to do a teaching degree for Sciences and Mathematics so I could be a professional teacher one day. I also have realized my leadership abilities.
Bongani Msimango
I was raised by this Organization as I have been there since Grade 5 in 2012. I learnt a lot of values and developed love for arts & Culture. I was part of the soccer Development when I first joined and today I am helping younger boys and girls like I was helped during their age. This Organization is in my heart.
